Name: Boston University Community Service Center

Description:

Boston University's Community Service Center (CSC) "seeks to provide the Boston University community with opportunities to address the critical concerns of the Greater Boston community in a meaningful and mutually beneficial way."  Annually, it recruits about 1,500 volunteers who put in over 75,000 hours of service. Offering thirteen standing programs, in addition to one-time service events, CSC covers a wide range of volunteer services.  A number of the programs focus on helping Boston's youth, while others aid the elderly and immigrants.  The CSC is not only interested in recruiting volunteers, but it is also open to connecting any other organizations that would be interested in working with their programs.  Visit the website for more information!
